TCEP Site
Infrastructure Services
TCEP sits at a confluence of existing infrastructure.
• Proximity (0.5 miles) to Interstate Highway 20; site connectivity to Interstate Highway 20 by improved county roads.
• Bordered by a Union Pacific rail line (formerly a Missouri Pacific line), which will ensure the economic delivery of construction materials and fuel to the site from all directions.
• Existing 138 kilovolt transmission lines two miles from the site, one north and one south of the site property.
• Traversing of the site by a natural gas pipeline. This pipeline will supply the project with natural gas for start up and operation of the power island, and as a backup for TCEP-produced syngas.
• Proximity to an existing carbon dioxide pipeline, which is part of the Kinder-Morgan Central Basin Pipeline System.
• Proximity to facilities for water supply via a new water line.
